SOUL CIRCLE HUB
Welcome to the deeper room.
Come in.
There is room for you here.
This is your place to slow down, spend a little time with yourself, and move more deeply into the conversations, questions, and practices that are here for you.
NEW HERE?
Let’s get you settled in.
We know. Setup is nobody’s favorite part. Give us a few quick steps and the good stuff is on the other side.
Finish setting up my Soul Circle access
Your journal and existing account stay with you. Your Soul Circle community access may already be open. If you can see ROOTS, RISE, RECLAIM, and RESTORE, you are all set.
If something is still missing, use the setup steps below.
Start with how we care for this space.
A few shared expectations help keep Manifested Soul thoughtful, respectful, and supportive for everyone who enters.
Open the full Circle.
Your Soul Circle community includes ROOTS, RISE, RECLAIM, and RESTORE, along with the deeper conversations happening throughout the month.
Make your journal yours.
Your private digital journal is where you can write your Journal With Me entries, hold your Weekly Intention, and return to your own words over time.
YOUR SOUL CIRCLE HUB
Choose what you need.
You do not have to use everything while you are here. Write, spend some time in community, or reach for a Quiet Companion. Start with whatever feels closest to what you need today.
A PLACE TO WRITE
My Journal
Write with this week’s Journal With Me prompt, follow a thought somewhere unexpected, or simply put down what has been sitting with you.
JUST FOR YOU
No audience. No right words. Just yours.
A PLACE TO CONNECT
The Soul Circle Community
Move between ROOTS, RISE, RECLAIM, and RESTORE. Share what you want, listen when you need, or simply spend some time in the room with other women.
A PLACE TO PAUSE
Quiet Companions
Sometimes you do not need another conversation. You just need a little room to sit with something. Choose a companion and take what feels useful.
TAKE WHAT HELPS
A little space for whatever is here.
FROM MAKEBA, THIS WEEK
A note for the circle.
WEEK OF OCTOBER 04
I used to think rest was something I had to earn. That I could soften only after I had proven I was strong. That a quiet moment had to become something productive, or it did not count. That is not how any of this works. This week, let one moment pass without turning it into anything. Not content. Not a lesson. Not a plan. Just a moment where you were alive, and you let it be enough. You are allowed to exist without justifying it. This week, practice that.

WEEKLY INTENTION
This week, we are tracing where it came from. I will ask myself whether what I am carrying belongs to me, and let the answer be complicated.
JOURNAL WITH ME
WEEK OF OCTOBER 04-10
THIS WEEK'S PROMPT
Where did you first learn to carry this?
Read it slowly. Write what comes, or simply sit with it for a while. There is no right answer waiting for you.
NEED SUPPORT RIGHT NOW?
If something feels heavier than what you can hold here, confidential support is available.
THIS MONTH'S THEME
SEPTEMBER
The Weight We Have Been Carrying.
Some things become so familiar that we stop noticing how much they ask of us. This month, we’re paying attention to what we’ve been carrying, what it has cost us, and what still deserves a place in our lives. Not everything needs to be dropped, but some things may need to be named, questioned, or carried differently. The goal is to become more intentional about what belongs to us and what no longer does.

A QUESTION TO HOLD
What is right in front of you that you have been trying not to look at?
No need to answer it today. Let it travel with you as you move through this month's theme.
THIS MONTH'S RECOMMENDATION
Something worth your time.
One thoughtfully chosen piece to spend a little time with this month. A book, conversation, essay, poem, or something else that feels worth carrying with you.
THIS MONTH'S PICK
BOOK
Peace From Broken Pieces
By Iyanla Vanzant
WHY I CHOSE IT
I chose this book because it speaks honestly about what we carry, what we inherit, and the patterns that can quietly shape our lives. Iyanla Vanzant does not write from a distance. She writes from what she has lived, lost, questioned, and had to understand for herself. It felt especially fitting for a space built around reflection, truth, and becoming more willing to see what has been shaping us.

FROM THE FOUNDER
WELCOME TO MANIFESTED SOUL
A Welcome From Makeba.
Before you settle in, I wanted to welcome you myself. This is a little about why Manifested Soul exists, what I hope you find here, and the kind of space I am trying to build with you.
TAKE A FEW MINUTES WITH ME
There is nothing you need to prepare for and nowhere you need to rush afterward. Just press play when you have a little room to listen.
THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
You are not reflecting alone.
Soul Circle brings together women with different stories, different questions, and different seasons of life. You can speak, listen, respond, or simply be present.
IN THIS TOGETHER
There is room for your story here.
You do not have to arrive with the right words or know exactly what you want to say. Come into the room as you are.
Share when you want. Listen when you need.
YOUR COMMUNITY
Four rooms. One circle.
Move toward the conversation that feels closest to where you are. You do not have to stay in one room, and you do not have to participate in all four.
ROOTS
What shaped you and what grounds you.
RISE
What is growing and becoming possible.
RECLAIM
What you are ready to take back or choose again.
RESTORE
What needs care, rest, or replenishment.
BEFORE YOU GO
You do not have to have something to say to belong here.
The circle will be here when you are ready to return.
