About Manifested Soul

Manifested Soul, LLC is a reflection-centered community and digital platform created to support women through reflection, self-awareness, meaningful conversation, guided journaling, and intentional growth.

Manifested Soul may offer free and paid memberships, digital resources, community conversations, journals, written content, events, programs, and other experiences.

Eligibility

Manifested Soul memberships and member services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By creating an account or becoming a member, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

Your Account

Some Manifested Soul services require you to create or activate an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Please use the same email address associated with your Manifested Soul membership when activating connected member services whenever instructed.

Account access may not be sold, transferred, or shared with another person.

Community Participation

Manifested Soul is built around thoughtful and respectful participation. Members who participate in community conversations agree to follow the Manifested Soul Community Guidelines.

Members may not use Manifested Soul spaces to harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, impersonate, discriminate against, or intentionally harm another person.

Spam, unauthorized solicitation, abusive conduct, illegal activity, or repeated disregard for community expectations may result in removal from community spaces or termination of access.

Manifested Soul may moderate community spaces when reasonably necessary to protect members, the community, or the integrity of the platform.

Private Messages and Member Interaction

Members may have access to private or direct messaging through third-party community tools.

Manifested Soul does not routinely monitor private member-to-member conversations. Members are responsible for maintaining appropriate boundaries and deciding what personal information they choose to share.

Concerns involving harassment, unwanted contact, threats, or other violations of the Community Guidelines may be reported to Manifested Soul for review.

Your Private Journal

The Manifested Soul digital journal is provided as a private reflection tool associated with your authenticated account.

Journal entries are not shared with other members. Authorized administrative access may be technically available when required for platform administration, troubleshooting, security, maintenance, or other legitimate operational needs.

Manifested Soul does not routinely read member journal entries.

You should not store passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records, or similarly sensitive information in your journal.

Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you create and share through Manifested Soul, including community posts and journal entries.

When you voluntarily post content in shared community areas, you give Manifested Soul permission to display that content within the community as necessary to operate the service.

Manifested Soul will not treat your private journal entries as public community content.

Manifested Soul Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Manifested Soul name, branding, written materials, Quiet Companions, journal prompts, graphics, frameworks, community materials, digital resources, and original content are owned by or licensed to Manifested Soul, LLC.

These materials are provided for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, modify, license, or commercially exploit Manifested Soul materials without written permission.

Sharing a brief excerpt or link to publicly available Manifested Soul content for ordinary personal or social purposes is permitted when appropriate attribution is provided.

Memberships and Payments

Some Manifested Soul experiences are available through paid memberships or purchases.

Prices, billing frequency, included benefits, and renewal terms are presented during enrollment or checkout.

Recurring memberships continue according to the billing terms selected during enrollment until canceled.

Free Resources and Sponsored Access

Manifested Soul may provide free resources, free membership access, sponsored memberships, or other complimentary experiences.

Eligibility, availability, duration, and included benefits may vary by offering.

Sponsored access through programs such as the Lighthouse Fund may be subject to separate eligibility and participation terms.

Third-Party Services

Manifested Soul uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate parts of the member experience.

These may include website hosting, community tools, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, journal infrastructure, and related technology.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Availability and Changes

Manifested Soul may update, improve, replace, add, or discontinue features, resources, community spaces, or services as the platform evolves.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly affect paid members.

Continuous or uninterrupted access to every service cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security needs, or other circumstances.

Suspension or Termination of Access

Manifested Soul may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, unlawful activity, threats to member safety, or other serious misconduct.

Members may also choose to cancel paid membership according to the applicable membership policy.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Reflection and personal growth are individual processes. Manifested Soul does not guarantee any particular emotional, personal, professional, relationship, financial, health, or other outcome from participating in the community or using its resources.

Your experience will depend on your circumstances, choices, participation, and many factors outside Manifested Soul's control.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Manifested Soul is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, reliance on member-generated content, interactions with other members, or interruptions involving third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Manifested Soul may update these Terms as services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Continued use of Manifested Soul after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which Manifested Soul, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
