Membership, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Welcome Space

The Welcome Space is a free Manifested Soul membership.

Members may leave The Welcome Space at any time. Access to free resources and member spaces may end when the membership is canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring Soul Circle membership at any time through your Manifested Soul account or by contacting Manifested Soul for support.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of purchase, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed.

After cancellation, access may remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Because Manifested Soul memberships provide immediate access to digital resources, community spaces, and member experiences, membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or have another billing issue, please contact Manifested Soul as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that may be required by applicable law.

Annual Memberships

Annual Soul Circle memberships are billed for the full annual term at the time of purchase and renew according to the terms shown during enrollment.

Canceling an annual membership prevents the next annual renewal. Access generally continues through the remainder of the paid annual term.

Membership Changes

Manifested Soul may update membership features, resources, community spaces, or programming as the platform evolves.

If a material change significantly affects the value or terms of a paid membership, reasonable efforts will be made to notify members.

Sponsored Lighthouse Memberships

Lighthouse Fund recipients receive Soul Circle access for the sponsorship period communicated at the time of selection.

Sponsored memberships do not create an automatic paid renewal.

When sponsored Soul Circle access ends, the recipient may continue with The Welcome Space at no cost unless otherwise stated.

Lighthouse sponsorship is subject to the program rules and availability in effect at the time of application.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, membership access may be paused or ended according to the payment and membership systems used by Manifested Soul.

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current.

Questions About Billing

If something does not look right, contact us before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible. We want the opportunity to review billing concerns and correct genuine errors.
